This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in Crl.OP.No.19744 of 2022 dated 30.08.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioners on their own volition offered to make the deposit of Rs.30lakhs to the credit of Cr.No.267 of 2022, however they have failed to comply with the undertaking and thereby he would seek for cancellation of anticipatory bail.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent/petitioner would submit that the accused were granted anticipatory bail by this Court with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.267 of 2022 and the petitioners were also directed to surrender within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The respondents/petitioners have approached the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP.(Crl.).No.9318 and 9319 of 2022 and the Hon'ble Apex Court by an order dated 14.10.2022 stayed the impugned order to deposit a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.267 of 2022.

5. In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP.(crl.)No.9318 and 9319 of 2022 staying the impugned order to deposit a sum of Rs.30lakhs to the credit of Cr.No.267 of 2022, nothing survives for adjudication.
6. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.10.2022.
