ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2017 requesting to take action against the 3rd respondent, the then Assistant Commissioner of Police, Flower Bazaar, presently the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Thiruvottiyur.

The petitioner seeks direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2017. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
