2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for furnishing the surety is extended for a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
