The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to remove the 4 fee steel pole which is erected in front of IV Sector Plot No.12, Majara Kolapatti Village situated at Vattamutham Patti Panchayat road.

2. The objectionable flag post in the land of the petitioner is sought to be removed through the representation made to the Block Development Officer, Salem dated 03.04.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Today the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the flag posts were removed and to that effect the photographs of the flag post are furnished to this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner endorsed that the flag posts were removed.

5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
