M.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 15.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5182 of 2021 to deposit the amount for a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) to the credit of Cr.No.68 of 2020

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and finally six weeks time is extended to the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
