Mr.K.Raja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Tamil Nadu Housing Board had orally directed the Revenue Department to issue patta to the petitioner and pursuant to the same, the Revenue Department had issued patta to the petitioner.
