This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m, for a period of 4 weeks as imposed on him by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.21727 of 2022 dated 09.09.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in the Morning at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
