The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.00 am until further order imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17958 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17534 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
