The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the complaint dated 08.01.2016 filed by the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though the complaint dated 08.01.2016 has been received by the respondent in CSR No.11 of 2016, he has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and to register an FIR. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the complaint has been closed on 09.01.2016. 4.On perusal of the entire records, after receipt of the complaint dated 08.01.2016, no statement has been recorded either from the petitioner or from the counter petitioner. Only on the basis of the previous complaint, petition enquiry has been closed. Hence, the closure report furnished by the respondent is hereby reopened. conduct enquiry expeditiously and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
