This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21143 of 2022 dated 02.09.2022 passed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21143 of 2022 dated 02.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
