O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's educational loan application dated 26.02.2019, and consequently, direct the respondents to grant the loan to the Petitioner for his education.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner seeks for grant of educational loan for him to pursue his Engineering Course in the 2nd respondent College. The petitioner sought for Rs.5 lakhs as educational loan and made an application on 26.02.2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application has not been considered so far.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent Bank submitted that the petitioner has to produce necessary documents for considering the said application.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already necessary documents were produced before the respondent Bank.

6. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of as follows: a) The petitioner shall approach the first respondent Bank once again with copies of necessary documents already filed and place the same for considering his application for education loan. The petitioner shall do so within a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. b) On receipt of such details, the 1st respondent shall consider the application of the petitioner favourably and grant educational loan without loss of further time, however, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

No costs.
