The learned counsel for the applicant in C.A.No.343 to 345 of 2019 submitted that the powers of attorney have not been executed and registered as per the terms of the agreement and the order of this Court.

2. In response, the learned counsel for the respondent in the said applications submits that the said powers of attorney would be executed and registered on or before 12.11.2019. He further submitted that out of the first instalment of Rs.40 crores, the respondents have already arranged for a sum of Rs.35 crores and are ready and willing to deposit the said sum in an escrow account. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the fact that the applicant has no objection for the extension of the time limit for execution and registration of powers of attorney until 12.11.2019, the respondent in the above applications are directed to execute and register the powers of attorney, as per the earlier order of this Court, in this regard, on or before 12.11.2019.
