ORDER

This petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the fourth respondent rejecting the technical bid of the petitioner in a tender floated by the respondent for executing certain work pertaining to waste management. One of the core contentions of the petitioner is that the reason for rejection was not indicated.

2. Mr.A.Tamilvanan, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) enters appearance for the respondent, and makes a statement that the ground for rejection has been uploaded in the website of the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner took time to ascertain the same, and now states that the reasons have indeed been stated. The learned counsel seeks leave of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach this Court with a fresh writ petition, based on the grounds of rejection.
