SUNDAR, J.] After some arguments, Mr.M.S.Swathish Kumar of M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates (Law Firm), learned counsel for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) and captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' (hereinafter 'WMPs' for the sake of brevity) thereat.
2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: Page Nos.2/4

Learned counsel for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to come back to this Court on the same issue after placing before this Court all relevant papers more particularly writ petitioner's response dated 03.03.2025 said to have been received by the respondent on 11.03.2025. This request is acceded to.
4. Captioned WP and captioned WMPs thereat are disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit with preservation of rights in the aforesaid manner. We refrain from imposing costs.
