This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the 1/3

order dated 10.08.2016 made in W.P.No.27975 of 2016. 2.This Court vide order dated 10.08.2016 issued direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation after putting on notice the persons concerned and to pass orders. Since the said order was not complied, the contempt petition was filed. Thereafter, in compliance of the order of this Court dated 10.08.2016, the respondent passed order on 28.11.2017. Since the order dated 10.08.2016 was complied belatedly, this Court had asked for the reasons for the belated compliance, pursuant to which, the Tahsildar, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, appeared before the Joint Registrar (O.S.), High Court, Madras on 06.08.2018.
