PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay the difference of Gratuity for a sum of Rs.32,377/-, difference of Commutation amount for a sum or Rs.23,470/- and pension arrears for a sum of Rs.37,520/- along with interest at the rate of 18% within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the difference amount as per eligibility would be paid within a period of eight weeks.

3. Recording the said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent to pay eligible additional amount with interest at the rate of 4% per annum to the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Learned Standing Counsel is entitled to claim fees for each writ petition.

5. With the above directions, the writ petitions stand disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
