The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 and 439 of IPC in Crime No.267 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have involved in transport of 1 1⁄2 units of river sand illegally by using TATA ACE. Hence the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they are no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have involved in transport of 1 1⁄2 units of river sand by using TATA ACE without any valid license. 5. Taking into consideration the facts and submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and also considering the quantity of the river sand transported by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
