Mr.D.Pazhani, learned counsel on record for the revision petitioner submitted that the main suit in O.S.No.34 of 2017 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore, itself was dismissed for default on 06.12.2021.

In view of the above submissions, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for adjudication. Therefore the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected civil miscellaneous petition stands closed.
