ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing them from installation of transformer in front of petitioner's property site located at Survey No.137/4A at Kandachipuram Village, at Tiruvannamalai-Kandachipuram Road bearing patta No.745 without having a study on the load distribution in the area and need to install additional sub-stations / transformers or strengthen the HT/LT lines to improve voltage.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
