This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 93 days in paying the deficit Court Fee of Rs.1,800/- The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the petitioner has filed the Civil Miscellaneous Petition against the judgment and decree dated 11.09.2018 in A.S.No.481 of 2011 on the file of the learned II Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. As per the Tamil Nadu Court Fees Suits and Valuation Act 1955, the petitioner has to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- as Court Fee. Due to inadvertence, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.200/- instead of Rs.2000/- The deficiency of Court Fees of Rs.1,800/- has also paid before the Hon'ble Court on 04.09.2019. Hence, the learned counsel prays to allow this petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the materials available on record.

5. Being satisfied with the reason stated in affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 93 days in paying the deficit Court Fee of Rs.1,800/- in preferring the appeal is condoned.
