These two petitions have been filed to bring the legal heirs of the deceased 14th respondent on record and to declare the proposed 15th respondent as a guardian of the proposed 16th respondent.
2. Notice served on the 14th respondent. It is now reported that the sole appellant has died. In the said circumstances, the main appeal itself is now stands abated and nothing survives in these two petitions. Hence these petitions are dismissed. However it is open to the appellant herein to bring the LRs of the appellant in accordance with law.
3. For taking necessary steps, 15 days time is granted. Call the matter on 23.02.2022.
