C.M.P.No.10502 of 2017 in S.A.No.1189 of 2013 N.SENTHILKUMAR, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking for Substituted Service on the respondents.

It is seen from the records that the service has been effected and the names of the parties have also been printed in the cause list. However, there is no representation for the respondents. In view of the service which has been effected, this petition is allowed.

It is also seen from the records that this Court on 22.02.2022 has appointed one Mr.A.Yogaraj as amicus curiae to represent the respondents. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.A.Yogaraj as amicus curiae in the cause list and post the Second Appeal after two weeks.
