C.R.P.No.3620 of 2022 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This Court vide order dated 11.11.2022 had directed the Learned District Munsif, Tambaram, to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner in RLTOP.No.22 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The Learned District Munsif has now sought for extension of time by letter dated 09.06.2023 to dispose of the case by stating that, inspite of the efforts taken by the Court, the order could not be complied with.

2. In view of the above request, this Court is inclined to grant time till 31.08.2023 to dispose of the case.

3. Accordingly, time is granted up to 31.08.2023 to dispose of the petition in RLTOP.No.22 of 2021.
