ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate Police Protection to execute the orders of this Hon'ble Court passed in C.R.P.No.2716 of 2019 dated 21.08.2019.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner sent a representation dated 12.12.2021 along with order of this Court in C.R.P.(PD).No.2716 of 2019 seeking to disconnect the water connection in respect of the flats, who failed to pay the maintenance charges to the Chitra Avenue Flat Owners Welfare Association. Even after receipt of the representation, the respondent police failed to give police protection and to execute the court order. Hence, the above petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's representation has been received. The petitioner to appear before the respondents police along with copy of the Court's order and provide details of the defaulters, non payment of maintenance charges and also the steps taken by the petitioner informing the defaulters giving sufficient time to make the payment. Further, after identification of the defaulters and also mobilizing men and material, to inform the police. On verification of the same, the respondent police would follow the Court's order in C.R.P.(PD) 2716 of 2019 dated 21.08.2019 and provide necessary police protection.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
