This Writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024.
2. Mr.LSM.Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner belongs to Schedule caste community and she completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from Sri Ramachandra Medical College under Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai through Tamil Nadu Professional Course Entrance Examination. The petitioner completed the course including her internship during January 1999 and thereafter, she perused the Professional Registration from Indian Association of Physiotherapist (IAP) Life Membership No.L 12189, April 2004. Further, the petitioner registered her degree to get posting at the para medical employment registration office at 2/5
Santhome, Chennai on 10.03.1999 and she continuously renewed the same without any default till 2010. While so, due to several hardships faced by the petitioner, she failed to renew her employment registration for about three years and thereafter, as the offline renewal option was not available, the petitioner was unable to proceed further. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 05.08.2024 to the 1st respondent, seeking to permit the petitioner to renew her old registration No.WPB12451/99 as on date, which evoked no response. Hence, this Writ petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024 and to consequently permit her to renew her old registration No.WPB12451/99 as on date.
5. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that, appropriate orders will be passed on the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
