This petition is filed to condone the delay of 526 days in preferring the appeal in Crl.A.Sr.No.46423 of 2025 against the conviction in S.C.No.9 of 2023 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, vide his judgment dated 14.12.2023.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 526 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.
