3. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that entire amount has been withdrawn by the claimants. Further, on perusal of the records it shows that the tribunal has rightly passed the judgement which needs no interference.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. No Costs. Pending petition, if any, is/are closed.
