This petition is filed to extend the time for complying with the condition as stipulated by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16558 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1739 of 2023 dated 15.07.2024.

2.Today (30.10.2024), an affidavit of undertaking is filed by the petitioner seeking one month time to pay the balance 50% of the cheque amount i.e., Rs.7,50,000/- to the respondent herein. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in granting time to the petitioner.

4.Considering the submissions made and in view of the affidavit of undertaking filed by the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to comply with the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16558 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1739 of 2023 dated 15.07.2024, within a period of one month 1/3

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 30.10.2024 cse 2/3
