Crl.MP.No.15857 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20223 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20223 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am and 5.30pm for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20223 of 2022, dated 25.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
