[Made by S. M. SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] The present contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.10.2023 passed in W.P.No.27281 of 2021.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court Page Nos.2/4

in the writ petition has been complied with. He has also furnished a copy of the proceedings dated 04.04.2026 passed by the District Collector, Thiruvannamalai, to that effect.

3. In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt petition stands closed.
