Respondent Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for their willful and intentional disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 17965 of 2024 dated 02.07.2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 02.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17965 of 2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 02.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17965 of 2024 has been complied with by transferring the petitioner as Office Superintendent at Block Development Office, Peravurani, Thanjavur District. She also produced a copy of the order dated 17.10.2024 passed by the respondent, before this Court.
