The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 1/4

115(2), 132 & 351(2) of BNS, Act in Crime No.135 of 2025 on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.09.2025 there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to post on 18.09.2025. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, again there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
