(through Video Conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking the relief, to call for the entire records relating to the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.6832 of 2018 in S.T.C.No.4 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram dated 31.12.2018 and to set aside the same.

2.In spite of repeated adjournments, neither the petitioner nor his counsel has appeared before this Court for making their arguments. Further, in a way of obeying the order passed by this Court, the Petitioner has not taken any steps for serving summon to the respondent. the Petitioner, the matter has been listed today under the caption "For Orders".

3.Even after the same, today, when the petition is came up for hearing, there was no representation for the Petitioner. 4.Hence, in view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
