No.I, Kancheepuram and transfer the same to the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai -1 for further trial.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought for permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original petition since the settlement was arrived out of the Court between the parties. Accordingly, he would send E-mail to the Official of the Court with regard to withdrawal of the petition as his endorsement.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed if any.
