2. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the production of the certified copy of the order dated 22.09.2023 made in W.P.No.27635 of 2023 is dispensed with. The sub application is allowed.

3. Petitioner shall take steps to cure the office objections, if any, and have the contempt petition numbered.

4. Counsel appearing for the Commissioner, Erode Corporation, requests the matter be stood over by one week to enable him take instructions and make a statement to the Court on the extent of

compliance of the order passed by this Court.

5. List the contempt petition on 22.10.2024.
