O R D E R
The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. No.686/ 2017/ Pa.2 dated 30.3.2017 and to quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from disturbing the petitioner from the post of Street Light Maintenance Electrician Grade II Andhiyur Town Panchayat Erode District.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition are closed.
