This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 28.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17751 of 2022 to deposit the amount and surrender and produce the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram, Kallakurichi District.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to deposit the amount, surrender and produce the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 02.11.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
