ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 15.02.2016 and to file final report 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint with the first respondent police and it was forwarded to the second respondent and the second respondent has called him and made an enquiry on that day he produced all the relevant documents that the counter petitioner has purchased yarn materials from the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the tune of Rs.25,22,932/- for which he paid cash of Rs.4,10,000/- and issued 13 cheques for Rs.21,11,989/- but the second respondent has not registered a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

4.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after receipt of the complaint from the first respondent, the second respondent has enquired the matter and closed the same stating that it is only the amount due to business transaction and closed the matter.

5.Hence, recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for alternative remedy.
