ORDER

The above transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P No.107 of 2021, filed by the husband seeking divorce, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tirupathur, to the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur.

2. The petitioner-wife would submit that she is unemployed and the distance between her residence and the Subordinate Court, Tirupathur, is nearly around 230 kms. Further, the petitioner is not in a position to travel all the way to Tirupathur, to attend all the hearings.

3. Heard the learned counsel and perused the records.

4. Considering the reasons given by the wife and also taking into account the fact that the wife is residing within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Tiruppur, the above Tr.CMP is allowed and accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.107 of 2021, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tirupathur, is transferred to the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur. No costs.
