This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22408 of 2022 dated 16.09.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22408 of 2022 dated 16.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30am., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
