O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 3350 of 2023 in C.C.No.6 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Act Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that in the present case, charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the prayer sought in the Criminal Original petition cannot be granted at this stage. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
