Respondent Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application, dated 27.09.2016, for the appointment of Instructor to the petitioner's driving school (dealt with R.No.70052/2016) forthwith.

Heard Mr.K.Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent. By consent of the learned counsel for both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner is an authorized driving school and they have sought for a direction upon the respondent to consider their application, dated 27.09.2016, for appointment of an Instructor for their driving School. Earlier an Instructor was duly appointed with the permission of the Department and the said Instructor had passed away and therefore, now the petitioner seeks to appoint the new Instructor and in this regard, an application has been given to the respondent on 27.09.2016, registered as R.No.70052/2016 and since the same has not been considered and order has not been passed, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned Special Government Pleader, accepting notice on behalf of the respondent, would submit that reasonable time may be granted to the respondent to consider the application, if the same is in order.
4. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 27.09.2016 for appointment of an Instructor and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the application is complete in all respects.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
