ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain the petition as it seeks to raise the issue of construction of Panchayat Administrative Building, Women Self Help Group Building, Post Office, Library, Garbage dumps, etc. on public land only on the allegation that it was used as a burial ground.

The petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.32094 of 2016 is closed.
