This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.21 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.17 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court (ALGC), Coimbatore. 3.In view of the above, direction is issued to the Special Court (ALGC), Coimbatore, to complete the trial at the earliest.
