2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader submits that the proceedings under Section 78 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 has already been concluded, against which, appeals have been filed.
3.Thus, we are satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with. Hence the contempt petition stands closed.
