ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Senior Citizen who is the petitioner namely Yasodha has since died. It can be seen that this is a case where the Senior Citizen made a petition under Section 23 of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, which was rejected. Now, the Senior Citizen has passed away, the cause of action will not survive. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
