A.No.4683 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 2164 days in filing the application to the set aside the abatement in TOS.No.3 of 2008 as against the first plaintiff Dr.B. Keshav Singh who died on 02.07.2017. A.No.4685 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 899 days in filing the application to the set aside the abatement in TOS.No.3 of 2008 as against the second plaintiff Mr.B.Inderjit Singh who died on 18.12.2020. A.No.4686 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement in TOS.No.3 of 2008 as against the first plaintiff who died on 02.07.2017. A.No.4687 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement in TOS.No.3 of 2008 as against the second plaintiff who died on 18.12.2020. A.No.4688 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the first plaintiff namely Amita Keshav Gehenwar and Shashwat as plaintiffs 6, 7 and 8 respectively in TOS.No.3 of 2008 .

A.No.4690 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the second plaintiff namely Vimal Varma, Harsha Muralidhar and Chetan Varma as plaintiffs 3, 4 and 5 respectively in TOS.No.3 of 2008 .

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
