O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to include the Sections 302, 494, 120B of IPC in Crime No.46/2016.

2. In view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Shariff Ahmed and others vs. State (NCT of Delhi) [(2009) 14 SCC 184], this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent police as to how they should conduct the investigation.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vandavasi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
