Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from erecting any towrs taking high tension wire or line over property in a) Survey No.72/C1A situate at Vallam Village, Chengleput Taluk, Kancheepruam District of an extent measuring Punja 1 Hectare - 7.00 Ares, owned by the first petitioner and b) Survey No.72/C1B situate at Vallam Village, Chengleput Taluk, Kancheepruam District of an extent measuring Punja 1 Hectare - 22.00 Ares, owned by the second petitioner.
