This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.3 in Crl.MP.No.9960 of 2025 in 1/3

Crl.O.P.No.10140 of 2025 dated 08.07.2025 that ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on Tuesday of every week at 10.30.a.m.,until further orders''.

2. The petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail is allowed, since the investigation is almost completed and the presence of the accused person for investigation is no more required.
